1. Upload Suitable Reference Images for the Best Preview
✅ What Images Can You Use?
You can upload:
Your hand-drawn concept sketches or design drafts
AI-generated character or equipment concept images
Photos of existing product color schemes or textures that you like
Any stylized patterns you wish to replicate or reference
Different sources of inspiration can lead to unexpected and unique design effects.
✅ Image Requirements Recommendations
Providing reference images from multiple angles (front, side, top view) is best for creating complete 3D models.
Avoid providing only a blurry front view.
Images with rich colors, clear contrast, and well-defined details generally yield better results for full-color 3D printing.
2. Choose the Right Size for Better Detail
The size of the product directly affects the final quality and detail. Generally, larger sizes can display more detail.
Size Recommendations:
Keycaps/Mini USB Drives: Standard size, suitable for everyday use and desktop decoration.
Medium to Large Custom Equipment: We recommend choosing a larger size for better reproduction of complex textures and design details.
⚠️ Please note: For very small custom parts, due to limitations in 3D printing precision, the final product may differ slightly from the preview image in subtle details. The actual effect may vary depending on the complexity of the design.
3. Important Notes
🎨 Colors and Materials
Large areas of highly reflective colors (such as gold, silver, and metallic colors) may not be perfectly reproduced due to limitations in full-color 3D printing technology.
We offer a variety of printing materials (such as standard resin, high-toughness resin, etc.). Different materials will affect the final feel and detail. Please contact customer service for special requirements.
👓 Fine Structure and Details
Very delicate or thin parts (such as small button edges or thin-walled shells) may be fragile during the printing process.
To improve durability, we may slightly adjust or thicken these parts, which may result in slight differences from the preview image but will enhance the product's usability.

Your final product will be made based on 3D model files or our designer's renderings, not directly copied from reference images.
For customers who value detail accuracy, we recommend choosing a larger product size, as smaller products have limited space and cannot showcase extremely intricate design elements.

Delivery and Return Information
I. Order Processing and Delivery
Processing Time
Standard orders are processed within three business days after confirmation (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). During promotions or peak seasons, processing time may extend to three to five business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information after your order is shipped.
Delivery Time
The delivery date displayed at checkout is an estimated time, not a guaranteed delivery date. Actual delivery may be affected by factors such as order volume, carrier delays, and weather. Expedited delivery only shortens the transit time after the package is dispatched, not the order processing time.
Address Change
Please carefully verify your shipping address before placing your order. If you need to change it, please contact customer service as soon as possible. We will do our best to assist before shipment, but once the package is handed over to the carrier, the route cannot be changed.
Package Anomalies
If the tracking status shows "delivered" but you have not received your package, we recommend first checking with your neighbors or family and contacting your local post office for details—couriers sometimes mark packages as delivered in advance or temporarily store them at a nearby collection point. If you confirm the package is lost, please contact us within seven business days of the estimated delivery date.
II. Returns, Exchanges, and After-Sales Service
Return Policy
Non-customized items can be returned within 30 days of receipt without giving a reason. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and the order number must be provided. Customized items (such as personalized 3D printed keycaps, USB drives, etc.) are not eligible for no-reason returns due to their exclusivity.
For after-sales service due to quality issues (printing defects, damage, severe color deviation), please contact customer service via email within 7 days of receipt, providing the order number, a description of the problem, and clear photos or videos. We will assess the situation and inform you of a solution. Items returned without prior communication will not be accepted.
Refunds
After return approval, the refund will be returned to the original payment account within three to five business days. Bank or credit card processing may take additional time. If the refund has not arrived after 15 business days, please contact customer service for inquiries.
Exchanges
Customized products are not eligible for exchanges due to their uniqueness. Quality issues will be processed according to the refund procedure.
