Thank you for choosing Korvair's custom 3D-printed products. Each item is made to order and carefully crafted to ensure the best possible quality.

Processing Time

The standard production process is estimated to take 15–20 business days, including:

Design: 5 business days
3D Printing & Post-Processing: 5 business days
International Shipping: 7–15 business days

Please note that the estimated timeframe begins once all necessary order details and reference materials have been received and confirmed.

Shipping Information

Orders are shipped internationally through trusted shipping partners. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.

During international transit, packages may first be transferred to an international airport and undergo export procedures and customs clearance. Tracking updates may temporarily pause during this stage, which is normal. Tracking information will resume updating once the package clears customs and enters the local delivery network in the destination country.

Expedited Service

Expedited shipping services, when available, cannot be delivered to P.O. Boxes or military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO).

Delivery Delays

Shipping times provided by carriers are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by customs inspections, extreme weather, public holidays, transportation disruptions, or other force majeure events may occur.

Shipping Issues

After an order has been shipped, any delivery issues such as delays, failed delivery attempts, or lost packages should first be reported to the shipping carrier. We will gladly assist in communicating with the carrier and help resolve any shipping-related concerns whenever possible.
